Changes:
- Added armour powerup which gives invincibility, the ability to shoot lasers and the ability to fly. Activated once 7 enemies are killed. Unlockable after level 5 and last 14 seconds
- Coins now save
- Health now saves
- The volume setting is now applied as soon as the game opens
